In 1995, FunTime Popcorn was started out of a desire
to enjoy one of the simplest pleasures in life — a delicious bag of popcorn.

In a world where everything is stale, artificial, and microwaved, we believe all good things take time,
and we're determined to bring back that old-fashioned, home cooked feel to our favorite treat.

The dream was to re-imagine the famous Coney Island-style popcorn machines from the 1920s. 

These timeless works of Americana consisted of completely wooden frames, brass antique finishes,
and large etched glass windows.

Based in sunny Southern California, FunTime Popcorn was founded in 1995
with the simple vision of making the world's most delicious, theater-quality, hot buttered popcorn.

Our dedicated design team engineers our variety of products, bringing back the classic-style
popcorn machines of yesteryear when you could buy a bag of hot buttered popcorn for just a nickel.
We personally create and oversee all aspects - from the retro look & feel of our machines,
to the ease of use, down to the taste and quality of our popcorn.

We consider ourselves true popcorn connoisseurs,
drawing on our love of county fairs, music festivals, and summers on the boardwalk.
